John Hill is the Owner and Founder of Hill Construction Solutions, bringing over 30 years of construction experience to projects across Oklahoma. Since founding HCS in 2019, John has built the company around a commitment to safety, quality, and doing right by every customer.

With a hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge, John has led a wide range of commercial, residential, and specialty projects, including medical facility renovations and large-scale upgrades. He takes pride in delivering reliable solutions and ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

As a Native American and veteran-owned business leader, John is deeply connected to the community he serves. Through his involvement in local initiatives and his “Customer First” philosophy, he continues to build not just structures, but lasting relationships and trust throughout Central Oklahoma.

Lead Superintendent

Drew Atchley serves as Lead Superintendent at Hill Construction Solutions, where he oversees day-to-day operations on job sites and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. With a strong focus on coordination and communication, Drew works closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep every phase of construction running smoothly.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Drew plays a key role in maintaining quality control, managing timelines, and solving challenges in real time. His experience and commitment to excellence help ensure that every project meets expectations from the ground up.

Field Superintendent

Phil Stegal serves as a Field Superintendent at Hill Construction Solutions, where he plays a key role in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring projects stay on track. He works closely with crews and subcontractors to coordinate daily operations, maintain job site safety, and uphold quality standards.

With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Phil helps keep projects moving efficiently while addressing challenges as they arise. His commitment to teamwork and communication ensures that every project is completed with precision and care.
